What is the best Pixel deal right now?

The Pixel 8A may not be the latest Google phone on the market, but it does offer tremendous value. CNET’s Lisa Eadicicco named it the “clear choice over the Pixel 8” because it offers nearly all the same features with a much more affordable $500 price tag. And right now you can snag it for over $300 off when you purchase it on an installment plan through AT&T. The only requirement is that you have or switch to an eligible unlimited plan. This is one of the overall best Pixel deals out there, but frankly any discount on the Pixel 8A is a solid bargain.

Best Pixel 9, 9 Pro, 9 XL and 9 Pro Fold deals

The latest lineup from Google, the new Pixel 9 series phones come with a fresh design and are jam-packed with AI features. Generative AI pops up in many places, like the weather app and the all-new image-generation app. The new design uses flat edges and has a more defined camera bar. At an impressive 6.8 inches, the XL model is the largest phone created by Google yet. The Pixel 9 retails for $799, the 9 Pro is going for $999, the 9 Pro XL model is selling for $1,099 and the 9 Pro Fold starts at $1,799.

Verizon is offering the Google Pixel 9 Pro for free, up to $620 off the Pixel 9 and up to $1,000 off in credit on the 9 Pro or 9 Pro Fold when you trade in any phone from Google, Apple or Samsung and add a new line. The best part is the phone can be in any condition. Verizon is also offering $620 off the basic Pixel 9 when you add a new line on an Unlimited Ultimate plan, with no trade-in required.

AT&T is offering the brand-new Google Pixel 9 Pro or XL phone for free when you trade in another Pixel phone, any model or year. If you don’t have an old phone to trade in, you can still save $454 on the basic Pixel 9 when you purchase the phone on an installment plan, which drops the price down to just $11 per month. There’s no new line required, but you will need to have or switch to an eligible unlimited plan. AT&T is also offering 50% off a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 when bundled with the purchase.

Somewhat strangely, AT&T is not carrying the Pixel 9 Pro Fold at the moment.

When you add a new line or trade in an eligible device on a Go5G Plus or Go5G Next plan, you can get the Pixel 9 or 9 Pro for free, or save save up to $1,000 on the Pixel 9 Pro XL and 9 Pro Fold.

If you purchase directly through Google, you can save up to $760 on all Pixel 9 models with an eligible trade-in. And if you opt to join Google Fi’s Ulimited Plus phone plan, you can get up to $500 back to any of the brand-new Google Pixel 9 models. Keep in mind that this offer isn’t valid for existing Google Fi customers. You’ll also get Gemini Advanced for free for one year, a $239 value.

Best Buy has partnered with AT&T and Verizon, and is offering $100 off the Pixel 9, 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL when you opt for same-day activation through either carrier. Though note that a new line or account is still required to get these savings. The tech retailer is not currently carrying the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

Best Buy also has its own trade-in program where you can score additional savings in exchange for your old phone.

Xfinity is offering discounts of $300 on the Pixel 9 lineup right now. If you have a device to trade in, you can knock some more money off the total. Plus, existing customers may qualify for a free year of service with their current buy one, get one sale. You’ll have to purchase two new unlimited data mobile lines and have an internet subscription for more than 90 days to qualify.

There are no discounts on Pixel 9 phones at Target right now, but this tends to change from time to time. If you have a Target Circle™️ credit card* you can save 5% on your total purchase.

Right now, Spectrum is offering $350 off the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and $500 off the Pixel 9 Pro XL, and you can save an additional $100 off if you trade in an eligible phone.

Pixel 8 and 8 Pro deals

Google/CNET

Released in late 2023, the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro were the latest phones in Google’s flagship lineup until the release of the Pixel 9 this summer. The Pixel 8 and 8 Pro are equipped with a next-gen Tensor G3 processor, new AI features and improved screens. Right now, these models — and deals on them — are a little scarce, so it’s mostly trade-in credit offers.

There are no current discounts on Pixel 8 or Pixel 8 Pro phones, but they are in stock and there is potential for savings via trade-in credit. Exactly how much will depend on what you’re trading in.

Although AT&T is also not offering any direct savings on Pixel 8 or 8 Pro phones right now, it does have them in stock, and you can potentially save via its trade-in program on eligible devices. Though note that AT&T has the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro listed at a higher price than Google at the moment.

Best Buy has knocked $100 off both the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro when you opt for same-day activation and add a new line through either AT&T or Verizon. Additionally, you can also get up to $240 in trade-in credit.

Pixel 8A deals

Google/CNET

The Pixel 8A is the latest model in Google’s affordable “A” lineup, and it’s a tremendous value at just $500. That price gets even better if you take advantage of one of these offers.

AT&T is now offering new and existing customers the Google Pixel 8A for just $6 per month when you purchase the phone on an installment plan, and have or switch to an eligible unlimited service plan. AT&T is also offering 50% off a pair of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 when bundled with the purchase.

Google isn’t offering any straightforward discounts on the Pixel 8A right now, but new Google Fi customers who activate the phone on any new line will get $499 back via monthly bill credits, scoring you a new Pixel 8A for free. If you’re not a new customer, Google also offers discounts for eligible trade-ins.

You’ll save $100 on the Pixel 8A when you purchase your phone through Best Buy and activate it on a new line through either AT&T or Verizon. You can also score additional savings when you trade in your old phone.

Right now, T-Mobile is offering the Pixel 8A for free if you add a new line, no trade-in required. If you do have a phone to trade, as long as you have the Go5G, Magenta or One plan, you can get up to $500 in trade-in credit via bill credits over 24 months, which nets the phone for free. There is a one-time $35 device connection charge, but T-Mobile will waive it for those adding a new line.

Right now, Mint Mobile has the Google Pixel 8A on sale for $100 off. Plus, you can get a year of unlimited data for just $15 per month with the purchase, which is 50% off the usual price.

If you have an old phone to trade in, Spectrum will give you an extra $100 on top of the estimated value, which can score you serious savings on a Pixel 8A. This offer can be applied to any phone with a value over $0, so even old and damaged devices will still net you at least $100 off.

Pixel 7 and 7 Pro deals

Google/CNET

The Pixel 7 and 7 Pro hit shelves back in October 2022, and they’re starting to get a little harder to find in stock. Below, we’ve rounded up the best offers still available to help you get one in your hands for less.

While Best Buy isn’t offering any discounts on the basic Pixel 7, it has knocked $350 off the Pixel 7 Pro, which brings the starting price down to $549. Plus, you can save an extra $100 when activate a new line through either AT&T or Verizon.

Mint is still carrying both the Pixel 7 and 7 Pro. Although there are no discounts on the base price, if you sign up for a year of unlimited service, you’ll get it for just $15 per month. That saves you 50%, or $180 total, compared to the usual price.

Pixel Fold deals

The Pixel Fold was Google’s very first foldable device, and it’s the predecessor to the new Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It features a 5.8-inch cover screen, a 7.6-inch OLED internal screen, 12GB of RAM, a Tensor G2 processor and an intimidating $1,799 starting price. It’s getting pretty tough to find these original foldables in stock — especially with a new model on the shelves — but we found one place where you can grab one at a discount.

Best Buy is offering the Pixel Fold for $1,709, which is $89 off. You can also save an extra $100 if you let Best Buy activate your phone on a new line through either AT&T or Verizon. Plus, you can score additional savings with an eligible trade-in.
